Next Day delivery cut off time is 4:30pm. Orders made after our cut off time of 4:30pm on a Friday, both weekend days and/or bank holidays will be processed and shipped the next working day.

Return Timeframe
You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a refund.
You have 28 days to request an exchange or gift voucher.
Please note: Online orders cannot be returned in store.
How to Return an Item
Repack the item in its original condition, unworn and with all tags and labels attached.
Include your original invoice with a note indicating:
Whether you’d like a refund or exchange
The reason for the return
If you no longer have the invoice, please include your full name and order number.
Items showing signs of wear or damage may not be eligible for a refund.
Return Shipping

What Happens Next?
Once your return reaches us, we’ll inspect the item and process your request.
Please allow up to 15 working days for your refund or exchange to be completed.
Refunds are issued to your original payment method.
You’ll receive a confirmation email once the process is complete.
Important Information
Items are your responsibility until they reach us — please ensure they are securely
packaged.
Underwear, socks, and fragrances cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons.
If you return an item that came with a free gift, the gift must also be returned. If not, the
value of the gift will be deducted from your refund.
Once your return preference is selected in the portal, we cannot guarantee changes. If your
chosen exchange item is unavailable, we will issue a refund or gift voucher.
